This concept project demonstrates the development process of a residential building visualization — from architectural floor plans to a final photorealistic render.
The process begins with the architectural floor plans, which define the spatial layout, circulation, and overall structure of the building.

Based on these drawings, a simplified 3D massing model is created to establish the building volume, proportions, and main architectural elements.

To explore the visual direction of the project, an AI-assisted concept image is generated. This stage helps define the atmosphere, façade style, and environmental context before moving into detailed visualization.

In the final stage, the concept is translated into a fully developed architectural render, where materials, lighting, landscaping, and human scale elements are introduced to present the residential building in a realistic environment.
This workflow demonstrates how architectural drawings, 3D modeling, AI-assisted concept exploration, and final rendering work together to communicate a residential design proposal clearly and effectively.
